Antidote 50/50 is the world’s first raw + roasted bean-to-bar chocolate. It merges the pleasure of beautiful aromas with the benefits of cacao in one sinfully delicious bite.
The unique flavor pairings are made by combining hand-selected organic ingredients, floral beans and raw cacao to create a gorgeous symphony of tastes residing within super-fine texture. Consequently these serious chocolate bars have delicate aromas, a potent cacao content of 73%, 77% and 84% and minimal sweetening which allows our specific flavor fusions to shine.

FINE AROMA CACAO
Our taste-maker Red works in close collaboration with Vicente from Camino Verde farm in Balao, located in the South West of Ecuador, who specifically prepares the cacao for each of our batches, using his bespoke techniques for the raw and roasted beans respectively. His Arriba Nacional beans are best in class, prized by the Salon du Chocolat for their superb floral flavor.
BEAN-TO-BAR IN ECUADOR
Producing our chocolate in the country of cacao allows us access not only to the beans themselves but to other lush ingredients direct from the source – whether coffee or mango, or ginger and panela - this manner of production fosters a direct relationship with suppliers and farmers whom we collaborate with to perfect each step of the process.
Using her own recipes, developed in New York and Ecuador, our innovative creator Red works with an attentive Quito-based team together creating the bean to bar magic right on the spot. Inspired by New York’s cosmopolitan legacy, the Austrian tradition of great flavors and premium quality is fused with Ecuador’s select ingredients, including the world’s best cacao – creating the perfect marriage.
